Quick update from the Capitol:
HB2375 was temporarily removed from today’s Third Reading calendar because the bill’s sponsor, Rep. Matt Gress, was unexpectedly stuck on an airplane and unable to be present.
The good news:
HB2375 has already been placed on tomorrow’s Third Reading calendar
Wednesday, March 18
1:00 p.m.
Arizona House of Representatives, 1700 W. Washington
This is the final vote in the House, and we are still in a strong position—but it will be close.
We need historic district residents and supporters in the gallery tomorrow.
Your presence matters. Legislators notice when we show up—and it can make the difference in a tight vote.
If you’ve been waiting for the moment to step up, this is it.
Let’s fill the gallery and show that Arizonans support a balanced approach—protecting our historic neighborhoods while allowing thoughtful growth.
See you at the Capitol tomorrow, March 18, 2026 at 1:00 p.m. in the House Gallery.
