IMPORTANT UPDATE: SB1118 Advances Out of House Appropriations!

SB1118 passed out of the House Appropriations Committee yesterday on an 11–7 vote, marking an important step forward for a balanced approach to housing and historic preservation in Arizona.

The committee hearing began at 10:00 a.m. and the vote on SB1118 came at around 6:00 p.m., with nine speakers reflecting the seriousness and depth of discussion surrounding this issue.
