The Save Historic AZ committee has been hard at work – here’s what we’ve been up to:
The Save Historic AZ committee has been hard at work
- We support protection of Arizona’s Historic Neighborhoods and their unique character.
- We believe historic neighborhoods should keep their single-family zoning and not be sub-divided to build townhomes, duplexes, tri-plexes and four-plexes.
- We support following the City of Phoenix’s Historic Preservation guidelines when new buildings such as ADUs are constructed.
